02 / STP / INTEGRATED WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Integrated Sewage Treatment Plant

Packaged sewage treatment for communities, campuses and decentralized infrastructure.

WHAT IT IS

One integrated STP family. Configured around the site.

An integrated STP brings the tank body, electromechanical equipment, piping, accessories and control system into a coordinated treatment package. The family is intended for domestic sewage and organic wastewater with similar characteristics.

The source describes several formats: customized box enclosures, flat integrated units, reinforced H-box structures and containerized systems. Nitaneer selects the format and process around flow, water quality, space, climate and installation conditions.

HOW IT WORKS

Follow the treatment.

An indicative sequence, adapted to the wastewater and installation.

  1. 01

    Establish the influent

Assess wastewater flow, organic load and peak conditions.

  2. 02

    Select the process

Choose a suitable biological, biofilm or membrane combination.

  3. 03

    Integrate the package

Coordinate tanks, pumps, piping and controls with the site.

  4. 04

    Confirm the installation

Review civil works, access, climate, discharge and reuse objectives.

KEY SYSTEM FEATURES

The details behind the system.

01

Choose the biological process

Available configurations include AO, AAO, AO + MBR, AAO + MBR, MBBR and spinning-disc options. Selection follows the influent and the required effluent quality.

02

Above ground or below

Above-ground, underground and containerized installation are possible subject to structural design. Burial depth, loads, groundwater and planned landscape use require engineering review.

03

Adapt the equipment envelope

Protective coatings, appearance, equipment-room arrangements, regulating tanks and optional cold-climate insulation or heat tracing can be specified for the site.

04

Return flows and odour control

Mixed-liquid and sludge-return arrangements support biological operation. Venting and odour-control measures are selected for the installation and surrounding uses.

APPLICATIONS / SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT

Where it can fit.

  • Residential communities
  • Hotels, resorts and restaurants
  • Hospitals and institutions
  • Schools, campuses and commercial developments
  • Rural and decentralized sanitation
  • Municipal and community treatment

INDICATIVE MANUFACTURER CAPACITY RANGE

INDICATIVE MANUFACTURER CAPACITY RANGE
ConfigurationIndicative capacity
Small packaged unit5–20 m³/day
Medium packaged unit30–100 m³/day
Larger single / multi-unit system120–500 m³/day
Custom configurationSubject to wastewater and engineering design

The supplied catalog shows example configurations across 5–500 m³/day; these are indicative, not a fixed capacity promise for every process. Multi-unit arrangements require engineering review. Dimensions, burial depth, materials, structural loading, odour control and treated-water quality must be verified in the final technical specification.
